Does it send Odoo data back to Insta HMS?
No. The integration is one-way: Insta HMS by Practo to Odoo. It is not a bidirectional connector.
Is this a complete hospital management system?
No. It connects supported records from your existing Insta HMS environment to Odoo. It does not replace the hospital system or promise a complete clinical-record migration.
Does it create Odoo user accounts for doctors?
Doctors are synchronised as contacts where supported, not automatically created as Odoo users. Access and user licensing are managed separately.
What should we confirm before buying?
Confirm Odoo 17 compatibility, production Insta HMS API access, the records you need, accounting mappings and your deployment environment. Ask Arselor for a scoped setup quotation.
